1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at jerimiearchiecoaching.com (the “Site”) and by purchasing, enrolling in, or receiving any coaching program or service offered by Jerimie Archie Coaching (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. About Our Services

Jerimie Archie Coaching provides faith-based life coaching services to men, including but not limited to:

• Individual one-on-one coaching sessions and programs
• Group coaching programs and cohorts
• VIP day intensive coaching experiences
• Digital resources, workbooks, and downloadable content
• Speaking engagements for churches, men's groups, and organizations
• Live events and retreats

Important: Life coaching is not a mental health treatment or medical service. Our services do not constitute and are not a substitute for professional psychological counseling, mental health therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or require clinical mental health services, please seek immediate care from a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

3. The Coaching Relationship

Life coaching is a forward-focused partnership built on mutual commitment, honest communication, and personal accountability. As a client, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching provides guidance and support — it does not guarantee specific results.
• Your results depend significantly on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances. Individual outcomes will vary.
• You will show up to scheduled sessions on time, engaged, and prepared.
• You will engage honestly and take full ownership of your personal growth process.
• Jerimie Archie Coaching may share faith-based perspectives and biblical principles as part of the coaching methodology. You are not required to share any particular faith tradition to benefit from these services.

4. Scheduling and Booking

All coaching sessions are scheduled through Calendly or as mutually agreed upon between client and coach. You are responsible for:

• Keeping all scheduled appointments
• Providing at least 24 hours' advance notice if you need to reschedule a session
• Understanding that sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without makeup or refund, at the coach's discretion

5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

Pricing for all programs and services is discussed and agreed upon during the discovery call prior to enrollment. No pricing is published on this website.

Refund Policy

• Discovery calls are offered free of charge with no financial obligation.
• For paid coaching programs: a full refund is available within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided no more than one (1) coaching session has been completed.
• After 7 days or after two or more sessions have been completed, no refund will be issued, as significant coaching value will have been delivered.
• Digital products, downloadable workbooks, and other digital resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• VIP Day and intensive experience fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled session date.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to jerimie@lc.jerimiearchiecoaching.com.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared in individual coaching sessions is held in strict confidence by Jerimie Archie Coaching. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or if we reasonably believe there is an imminent risk of serious harm to you or others.

In group coaching programs, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants. What is shared in the group stays in the group. Violation of this agreement may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, workbooks, frameworks, programs, course content, written materials, and other intellectual property created and provided by Jerimie Archie Coaching are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jerimie Archie Coaching. As a client, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use materials for your own coaching journey.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written permission from Jerimie Archie Coaching.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Jerimie Archie Coaching provides its services with full commitment and professionalism. However, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results. Life coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including individual effort, circumstances, and commitment.

Our Site and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Jerimie Archie Coaching to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

In no event shall Jerimie Archie Coaching be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jerimie Archie Coaching, its principals, coaches, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of our Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs in arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
