What Is the Reset and Rise Program? Everything You Need to Know

If you are reading this at 2am, unable to sleep, wondering if anything is actually going to change — this article is for you. The Reset and Rise coaching program is the most direct answer I know to the question every man in my coaching practice eventually asks: What do I actually do now?

This is not a sales page. It is an honest explanation of what this program is, who it is built for, what happens inside it, and what you can realistically expect from it. I want you to read this and know — before you book a single call — whether this is the right thing for where you are right now.

Because the worst outcome is a man who needed real support enrolling in the wrong program and walking away thinking that nothing works. I would rather you have complete information and decide than have half-information and guess.

What the Reset and Rise Coaching Program Actually Is

Reset and Rise is my signature 30-day men’s coaching program. It is built around 8 structured modules that walk a man from the rubble of wherever he is — divorce, addiction recovery, trauma, identity collapse, financial disaster, or all of the above — through a deliberate, faith-grounded rebuilding process.

It is not a support group. It is not therapy. It is not a motivational course where you watch videos and feel inspired for 48 hours. It is a structured coaching program with real accountability, real assignments, and a real human being — me — holding you to the work.

The program is built on the belief that men do not need more information. They need a map, a guide who has been through the terrain, and enough accountability that they cannot quietly quit when it gets uncomfortable. That is what Reset and Rise provides.

Who Is the Reset and Rise Program For?

This program was built for a specific man. Not every man — a specific one. Here is how to know if that is you.

You are somewhere in the aftermath. Divorce is either recent or still unfolding emotionally. Maybe the legal process wrapped up two years ago but you have not moved an inch internally. Maybe you have been battling addiction patterns for years and the willpower approach keeps running out. Maybe you survived a trauma — loss, abuse, a failure that cost you everything you had built — and you are functional on the outside but hollow on the inside.

You are done pretending you are fine. That distinction matters. A lot of men who need this program are not ready for it — they are still running from the mirror. Reset and Rise works for men who have reached the point where they would rather go through something hard than keep living the way they are living.

You have some faith, or you had some faith and you want it back. You do not have to arrive with perfectly intact theology. You have to arrive willing to let God be part of the process. Some of the most powerful transformations I have watched were men who showed up skeptical and left with a faith stronger than they had before the collapse.

You are ready to be held accountable. Not coached softly. Held accountable. There is a difference, and it is important. If you want someone to validate where you are and let you stay there, this is not the program for you. If you want someone who will see your potential more clearly than you currently can and refuse to let you sell yourself short — you are in the right place.

The 8 Modules and What Each One Does

The program is structured into 8 modules, each building on the one before it. This is not arbitrary — the sequence matters. You cannot do Module 8 work on a Module 1 foundation. Here is what each module covers.

Module 1 — Foundations of Healing. We start here because most men try to build a new life on a cracked foundation. This module identifies the wounds beneath the behavior, names them honestly, and lays the groundwork that everything else rests on. No shortcuts through this one.

Module 2 — Rebuilding Spiritual Resilience. Your relationship with God is not a nice-to-have in this process. It is the load-bearing wall. This module helps you reconnect with a faith that can carry the weight of what you have been through — not a performative faith, but a grounded one.

Module 3 — Addressing Trauma. Most men have never been taught to process pain — only to carry it or outrun it. This module gives you practical tools to confront the events and patterns that shaped you without being defined by them forever. Pain that is processed becomes fuel. Pain that is avoided becomes a cage.

Module 4 — Overcoming Addictive Patterns. Whether your pattern is alcohol, pornography, rage, isolation, or something else entirely, the cycle is the same: pain, trigger, behavior, shame, repeat. This module breaks the cycle — not through willpower alone, but by replacing what the addiction was doing with something that actually works.

Module 5 — Financial Recovery. Divorce is financially catastrophic for most men. Trauma does not help. This module does not pretend the financial damage is not real — it gives you a recovery framework, a mindset shift, and practical steps toward stability. Not get-rich-quick. Real recovery.

Module 6 — Emotional Growth. Men who cannot name what they feel cannot lead themselves, their children, or their future relationships. This module builds emotional intelligence — the ability to feel without being controlled by what you feel.

Module 7 — Relational Skills. Divorce breaks trust. Trauma breaks connection. This module rebuilds your capacity to engage in healthy relationships — with your kids, your friends, and eventually a future partner — without the patterns of the past running the show.

Module 8 — Purpose and Vision. This is where the whole program lands. You leave this module with a clear sense of who you are, what you were built for, and a 90-day plan for pursuing it. Not a vague aspiration — a concrete, written, accountable vision for the man you are becoming.

How the Program Is Delivered

The Reset and Rise program is available in two formats: as a private 1:1 coaching experience or as a group cohort.

In the 1:1 format, we work directly together — you and me — through each module. You get private coaching calls, direct access for questions and accountability between sessions, a workbook that structures your daily progress, and journaling assignments designed to make the internal work visible and real.

In the group format, you go through the program as part of a cohort of men — a small group that moves through the modules together, provides peer accountability, and creates the kind of brotherhood that makes the work stick longer. Some men need the privacy of 1:1. Others need the mirror and momentum of a group.

Both formats are available virtually. You do not need to be in Houston. You do need a real internet connection and a real commitment to showing up.

What Results Can You Realistically Expect?

I will not promise you a specific outcome. Anyone who does is selling you something. What I will tell you is what I have watched happen consistently in the men who showed up and did the work.

They leave knowing who they are again. Not who they used to be — who they are. They have language for what happened to them and what it produced, without being trapped inside it. They have a relationship with God that is functional, not just philosophical. They have daily disciplines that reinforce their identity rather than erode it. And they have a vision for the next chapter of their life that feels earned — not borrowed from someone else’s Instagram.

They also leave with accountability relationships that do not disappear when the program ends. That is not an accident of design. That is the whole point. Transformation that happens in isolation has no infrastructure. The men in this program build the infrastructure while they are in it.

How to Get Started

The first step is a conversation. No paperwork. No commitment. Just a direct call where you tell me where you are, I tell you honestly whether Reset and Rise is the right fit, and together we figure out what makes sense.

If it is not the right fit, I will tell you. If it is, we build a plan. That call is free, and it takes 30 minutes. You walk away with clarity regardless of what you decide.

If you want to talk through specifics before booking a call — reach out here with a few lines about where you are. I read every message personally.

You found this article for a reason. The fact that you are reading about rebuilding at 2am — or whatever time it is for you — says something. It says you are not done. That you want something different. That the man you were meant to be is still in there somewhere, and you are not ready to give up on finding him.

That is exactly the man Reset and Rise was built for.
